Must-Haves
* GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 5 or above – or equivalent)
* A keen eye for detail and a love of staying organised
* Confident using a computer – especially Word & Excel
* Great communication skills – written and verbal
* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves (but don’t worry if not!)
* Some knowledge of insurance basics (even just a quick read online!)
* An interest in admin, data, or document processing
* Enjoy solving problems or spotting ways to improve things
* A general awareness of compliance or how businesses are regulated
* Looking to grow your career long-term in a business environment
So what will you be doing?
* Creating and formatting documents for clients and internal teams
* Entering and updating data accurately in our systems
* Managing emails and keeping files organised
* Supporting payment and premium processing
* Checking documents and ensuring everything is in order
* Assisting with client claims and admin tasks
