Primary contact for suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries.
Daily and weekly KPI reporting
Supplier Statement Reconciliation
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Month end accruals and prepayments in relation to invoices
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Respond to accounting and finance queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Knowledge of working in a fast paced Purchase Ledger role - Essential
Experience in managing invoices, reconciliations, and financial records - Essential
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Essential
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks - Essential
