Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a regional construction contractor based in South Wales who are looking to employ an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

You’ll support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, monitoring programmes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Requirements:

Experience in a site management or supervisory role
NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) preferred
Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
Strong communication and organisational skills
