Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established aerospace engineering company in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an experienced CAD / CAM Programmer to strengthen their programming team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-precision aerospace environment with modern equipment and long-term stability.

The Role:

Creating and editing CAD/CAM programs for complex aerospace components

*

Programming for CNC machining operations (primarily milling)

*

Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams

*

Interpreting aerospace drawings and specifications

*

Supporting continuous improvement of machining processes

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience as a CAD / CAM Programmer within a precision engineering environment

*

Aerospace experience is highly desirable

*

Experience using hyperMILL is beneficial (training may be available)

*

Strong understanding of machining strategies, tooling, and materials

*

Able to work independently and manage multiple jobs
