This is a great opportunity to become a positive support mechanism and role model in the lives of secondary School students across Kirklees. You will work as 1:1 support, helping young people with a range of barriers to learning, to access work set by class teachers and to navigate what can be very challenging days at school. Each day will bring a new challenge and also a new opportunity to help the child overcome daily difficulties and flourish at school. Doing this through academics means that, instead of committing to a restricting role in a specific school, you can try different schools, different age groups, and different types of SEND support in order to find your place and your career. If you already have a specialism then come and show us what you can do. We will be very happy to hear from you.

Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
