Specialist property agency requires an Office Administrator/PA to provide support for various company processes and functions.
Responsibilities include:
Progressing sales and lettings offers,
Filing/scanning,
Monitoring progress
Working closely within the team and with the Company Director to increase the business,
Liaising with existing tenants, identifying their needs and arranging property inspections,
Marketing instructions and carrying out market comparisons,
Be aware of competitor performance and activity,
Offering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to the clients,
Actively working to increase the number of managed properties on the portfolio,
Liaising with other departments and managers within the business,
Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the business,
Protecting the image and reputation of the business,
Complying with legalities and housing laws
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies,
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.),
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures,
Chase property rents,
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data,
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned,
Any other tasks deemed suitable by the company.
Experience and skills:
1-2 year’s proven experience as an office administrator/PA, office assistant or relevant role
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a team and take instructions from senior members of staff/Directors,
Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and Internet usage
Educated to ‘A’ Levels or degree level (desirable)
