Are you an experienced and inspiring A Level Music Teacher ready to take on an exciting new challenge?

We are working in partnership with a high-performing sixth form/secondary school to appoint a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver A Level Music for a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

The Role:

Full-time teaching of A Level Music to engaged and motivated students

Deliver well-structured, creative, and challenging lessons aligned with the curriculum

Contribute to a thriving music department with a reputation for excellence

Support student progress through consistent feedback and high expectations

Participate in concerts, performances, and wider enrichment opportunities

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching A Level Music in a school or college setting

A passion for music education and nurturing young musicians

Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
