Secondary School Cover Supervisors Needed.

A Secondary school in the Redditch area are looking for Cover Supervisors to work within their school on a day to day, short term and long-term basis. The school are requiring extra staff due to extra student referrals which means that the school are needing extra staff to teach, plan and mark.

The ideal candidate will be able to have strong presence, good behaviour management skills and subject knowledge of their subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following set curriculum in the absence of the Teacher

• Manage behaviour of pupils

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working with students

• Strong behaviour management.

• A “team player” attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work.

• Experience working within a Secondary school or setting
