Freelance Construction Manager required for a £18m alteration and extension to an existing office building to include additional office space, comprising office accommodation, external amenity space and the installation of plant and associated works. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager the sections of the project you will be responsible for overseeing: -
Cut and carve works
Steel work new to old and understanding the connection details and able to collate scope for concrete exposure
Civils works including basement foundation works for lift shaft including water proofing
Able to manage the subcontractor supply chain, assistant site managers, hold daily dabs, weekly coordination meeting and distribute minutes
Minimum requirement will be to hold a Black CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) ticket
