Senior FP&A Analyst – About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic, growing international business in a newly created role. Reporting in to the CFO, this position will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the Group’s financial planning and analysis capability, effectively operating as the FP&A Manager for the organisation. In essence you will be shaping and building upon the current reporting footprint. You will be someone that is very comfortably partnering with the local Country General Managers.
Working closely with the CFO and regional leadership teams, you will drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide strategic insight into financial performance, and help shape commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on and influential role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining analysis, collaboration, and business partnering.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple regions
Preparing insightful monthly business review packs and variance analysis and full commentary around the results
Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Managing the relationship between BI tools (Power BI) and core financial data
Supporting group cashflow reporting and working capital efficiency initiatives
Analysing multi-year billing impacts on revenue and cashflow performance
Reviewing regional operating expenditure and personnel costs
Driving process improvement, system optimisation, and best practice reporting across the finance team
The successful Senior FP&A Analyst will have:
A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally within a multi-entity or group environment
Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with large data sets
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and group reporting platforms (Hyperion, OneStream, etc.)
A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
