An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic, growing international business in a newly created role. Reporting in to the CFO, this position will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the Group’s financial planning and analysis capability, effectively operating as the FP&A Manager for the organisation.  In essence you will be shaping and building upon the current reporting footprint.  You will be someone that is very comfortably partnering with the local Country General Managers.

Working closely with the CFO and regional leadership teams, you will drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide strategic insight into financial performance, and help shape commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple regions

Preparing insightful monthly business review packs and variance analysis and full commentary around the results

Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Managing the relationship between BI tools (Power BI) and core financial data

Supporting group cashflow reporting and working capital efficiency initiatives

Analysing multi-year billing impacts on revenue and cashflow performance

Reviewing regional operating expenditure and personnel costs

Driving process improvement, system optimisation, and best practice reporting across the finance team

The successful Senior FP&A Analyst will have:

A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)

Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally within a multi-entity or group environment

Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
