Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant – Immediate Start
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong AP experience who can hit the ground running and support a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing high-volume purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Managing the AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
Supporting month-end processes
Working closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensuring all transactions comply with company policies
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident with Excel and finance systems
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
