CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter / Operator - Andover

£18-£20 an hour - dependent on experience

20 days holiday + BH + Employer Pension+ Free parking

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC turner and programmer to join a UK known HIgh Precision manufacturer in the Andover area!

Role & Responsibilities:

- Programming and setting CNC machines using Fanuc controls

- Working indpendently at times aswell as part of a larger team

- Working with large sheets of metal and producing large products

- Quality checks to ensure finished product matches technical designs

- Liaise with multiple departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- This role will require a highly skilled individual that can set, program, and run CNC lathe

- Minimum 3 years previous CNC turning / milling experience.

-Fully competent in programming FANUC control systems.

- Ability to work using own initiative and undertake first off inspections

- Extensive experience in turning is essential

- Skilled in high precision engineering

- Read technical drawings

- Fanuc experience essential

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills

- Strong organizational skills
