Cranswick Country Foods Preston is a leading UK food producer supplying major retailers and global customers. They are expanding their day shift team and are looking for Skilled Butchers to start immediately.

This is full-time, Monday to Friday work, with the chance of a permanent contract for the right candidates.

Duties include:

Cutting and preparing meat for processing and packing

Trimming, washing, and removing unwanted material

Operating slaughter, stunning, and restraining equipment

Eviscerating and dressing carcasses

Following animal welfare and hygiene procedures

Carrying out slaughter in line with religious requirements (where required)

Pay & Benefits:

Shift Monday-Friday

Start 6AM - finish when production finish

2 breaks, 1*15 min and 1*30 min.

Rates :

Grad 1 - £16.24 / overtime £20.30

Grad 2 - £15.10 / overtime £18.88

Grad 3 - £14.13 / overtime £17.66

Grad 4 - £13.63 / overtime £17.04
