Description

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £28,500 per annum.
