Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Location: Static Site – Oxford
Shifts: 4-on-4-off, 6am-6pm (No Overnights)
Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Our client, a prestigious name in the Facilities Management sector, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join their team at a high-profile static site in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected FM provider known for delivering excellence across commercial and critical environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems

* Electrical fault finding, testing, and installations

* Supporting minor works across other trades (e.g., replacing taps, basic plumbing tasks)

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

What You’ll Need:

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

* Proven experience in building services within commercial or critical environments

* Comfortable with basic multi-trade tasks

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
