Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s fastest-scaling entrepreneurial brands as an in-house Freelance Videographer. This is a rare chance to be part of a high-performance, creative environment centred around content, personal branding, and business growth.

You will be working directly with Joseph Valente – 8-figure entrepreneur, investor, winner of BBC’s The Apprentice, and founder of several high-growth ventures including:

Trade Mastermind – The UK’s leading business growth accelerator for trades and construction companies

Millionaire Mastermind – A high-level private business and investor network

Unfinished Business – A behind-the-scenes YouTube documentary chronicling the real journey of building a business empire

This is not your average videographer role. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial media and business operation with national brand exposure, daily filming opportunities, and rapid content production cycles.

Role Overview

Freelance Videographer / Editor (Peterborough-based)

•Commitment: 2–3 days per week (on rotation)

•Pay: £100–£150 per day (depending on experience & kit provided)

•Status: Self-employed (invoice per day)

•Location: Trade Mastermind HQ, Peterborough

Requirements

•Must have their own camera, mic, laptop & editing software (Final Cut / Premiere / DaVinci)

•Experience filming events, social content, YouTube clips, testimonials, and reels

•Comfortable filming both self-shot B-roll and directed shoots

•Able to edit fast and deliver same-day or next-day

•Understands lighting, sound, and colour balance (for consistent quality across clips)

•Bonus: motion graphics or captioning experience

Responsibilities

•Film at Trade Mastermind HQ and local shoots (Discovery Days, Academy Days, social content)

•Capture testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, and reels of Joseph and the team

•Edit and export content for social (vertical + horizontal formats)

•Label and upload footage to the shared drive or internal content system

•Maintain consistent brand tone (music, energy, pacing)
