Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Engineer to join our facilities team at a prominent cultural institution in Euston.

This role is ideal for professionals aiming to transition from hands-on technical work to a more analytical and strategic position within building services.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal environmental conditions.

*

Analyse compliance data and generate reports to support facility operations.

*

Work with a team of six engineers, a supervisor, and a contract manager to maintain building integrity.

*

Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

*

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

*

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within critical environments.

*

Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or BMS systems.

*

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
