Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Chelmsford

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is working closely with Primary Schools across Chelmsford who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. These schools pride themselves on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every child can succeed, and we’re proud to play a part in that.

We are looking for LSAs who are confident working with children on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups, and who are committed to helping pupils reach their full potential. Experience supporting children with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD or behavioural difficulties, is highly desirable.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

Experience supporting children within a school or SEND setting

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A patient, encouraging and resilient approach
