They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based role offering a collaborative and professional working environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls from customers
* Assisting with reserving of products
* Learning and improving product knowledge
* Responding to general enquiries and advising customers on products
* Updating the CRM system
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Enjoys working in a team environment
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Is comfortable learning new IT systems
* Has a positive and proactive attitude
