Description

Provide excellent supporter care by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and post.
Maintain and update supporter records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with processing donations and ensuring timely acknowledgements are sent.
Support the delivery of fundraising campaigns through administrative and logistical tasks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance supporter engagement initiatives.
Prepare reports and analyse data to evaluate fundraising performance.
Help coordinate and attend events to represent the organisation and engage with supporters.

A successful Supporter Care Fundraiser should have:
