Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll help lead and develop the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards across the hotel:

Inspect and update room status in PMS
Supervise Room Attendants and check public areas
Oversee linen storage and porter areas
Liaise with reception and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Support duty management when required
Lead on employee engagement, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards

What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who can bring leadership, organisation, and attention to detail:

Previous Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a 4* or 5* property
Strong knowledge of high-quality hotel housekeeping standards
Confident managing duty shifts
