Our client is a therapeutic care provider committed to creating a nurturing environment for both children and staff. Although new to the sector, the leadership team boasts over 30 years of experience in children's services. They are focused on growth and are looking for individuals who want to grow alongside them.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a 2-bed therapeutic children's home.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
Support and mentor your team, fostering a nurturing environment.
Implement trauma-informed care practices.
Oversee the daily operations and ensure the well-being of the children.
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children and staff.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have:

At least 2 years' experience in a residential children’s home within the last 5 years.
A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Level 3 Diploma (or higher) in Children and Young People.
Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (completed or in progress).
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team support skills.
A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
Must be 21+ years of age due to regulatory requirements.
