We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our cutting line team in a busy factory environment. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity to grow within the business. You will work as part of a small team, ensuring accurate cutting, assembly, and preparation of components for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cutting machinery and hand tools to prepare components to required specifications.
Check product sizes, models, and any special requirements against works orders before processing.
Carry out basic assembly tasks, including welding, brazing, painting, or electrical wiring as required.
Safely move materials using trolleys and pallet trucks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as required to support the cutting line team.
Requirements:

Ability to work as part of a small, focused team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
Willingness to learn and use hand tools and machinery (training provided).
Physically able to move materials and operate equipment safely.
