NPD Technologist - What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the handover process from trial and testing to factory industrialisation.

*

Ensuring new product developments meet customer requirements for shelf life, consistency, and quality, as well as commercial targets.

*

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including technical, production, and commercial.

*

Contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking team driving innovation in FMCG manufacturing.

NPD Technologist - What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG NPD environment.

*

Minimum Level 2 HACCP (Level 3 preferred).

*

Ideally Level 3 in Food Safety.

*

Solid understanding of technical requirements in a factory setting.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.
