Administration Assistant
We are resourcing for an Administration Assistant to support a fast-paced and friendly HR team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a passion for working in a people-focused environment. The role is offered on a fixed term six month basis, with a 60-hour working fortnight.
The role
Providing day-to-day admin support to the HR Officer and wider HR team
Maintaining both paper and electronic personnel files
Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR
Preparing recruitment documentation, induction packs, and organising interviews
Assisting with onboarding tasks including ID checks, reference requests, and system updates
Supporting HR projects such as employee engagement surveys and training coordination
Maintaining HR databases, training records, and organisational charts
Updating TMS and HRM systems including payroll pre-checks and anomaly clearance
Supporting company events and internal communications
Taking confidential notes and minutes when required
Assisting with general admin tasks across the business when needed
About you
Minimum of 2 years in a busy office administration role
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive team player with a flexible approach
You will be familiar working in a confidential environment, possess strong organisational and multitasking skills and have excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, along with attention to detail and accuracy. Minute taking experience is advantageous.
