Electrical Project Manager!

My client are a well-established M&E contractor based in Partridge Green, and they are seeking a talented Electrical Project Manager to oversee their electrical projects. Whether you're an experienced PM or looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.

* Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

* Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

* Proficiency in project management software (experience with Primavera P6 or similar software is a plus).

* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred.
