Service Care Legal are currently working with a leading Scottish law firm who are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Senior Solicitor / Associate to join their busy Edinburgh office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected Commercial Property team, working on a range of high-quality transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, and finance work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including:

Sales and purchases
Leasing for both landlords and tenants
Development work and site acquisitions
Security transactions for lenders and borrowers
Draft and negotiate missives, option agreements, development agreements and other property documents
Examine and report on titles and other key documents
Attend client meetings and build long-term relationships
Supervise and mentor junior team members as requiredRequirement

4–6 years PQE as a Qualified Solicitor with strong technical expertise in commercial property transactions
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently, while meeting and exceeding fee targets
Strong client relationship skills, with a confident communication style and experience mentoring junior staff
Commercially focused team player with a proactive approach to business development and networking
