Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Datchet, SL3

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and switched-on Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team based in Datchet (SL3). This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing candidates and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates over the phone

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Advertise vacancies, manage job boards, and handle incoming applications

Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to clients and candidates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator who’s comfortable spending the day on the phone

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing role is preferred but not essential

Must be local to Datchet or able to reliably commute
