Your Role as Store Manager:

Take full P&L responsibility, driving store profitability and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager

Proven sales leadership and passion for customer service

Strong team management and staff development skills

Commercial mindset with full P&L experience

Eye for detail and experience in visual merchandising

Confidence in recruitment, training, and building strong teams
