Job Title: Onsite Coordinator

Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Schedule: Can we advertise 5 out of 7? If not Mon – Fri 14:00–22:00
(We can amend shift patterns for the right candidate slightly)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Onsite Coordinator to support warehouse operations at our client site in Corby. Working on behalf of a recruitment agency, you will play a key role in managing temporary workers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Check-in Coordination: Greet and check in temporary workers at shift start; ensure full staffing and timely replacements if needed.

* Site Inductions: Deliver effective inductions for new starters, ensuring they understand health & safety and site expectations.

* Workforce Supervision: Monitor productivity, attendance, and engagement across the temporary workforce.

* Administration: Maintain accurate records, update timesheets, and assist with preparation of KPI and attendance reports.

* Communication: Act as the first point of contact for both client and workers; resolve issues quickly and professionally.

* Problem-Solving: Address last-minute changes and staffing challenges with flexibility and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.

* Experience in a fast-paced, warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

* Organised, reliable, and a strong team player.

* Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns and demands.

Desirable:

* Previous experience in an onsite recruitment or coordination role.

* Basic Excel/reporting skills.

Own transport due to site location (preferred but not essential)
