Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The role is based in the West Drayton, Middlesex area..

Job Description:-

* Ownership of The UK Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring debtor days are maintained with defined Company KPI monthly range

* Conduct meetings with required team members

* Ensure timely response to Customers queries

* Allocate cash received to customers accounts

* Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and monitor aged debt reports

* Maintain and update query report between Operations and finance Teams

* Maintenance and updating of customer details, including the addition of new customers

Key Skills:-

* Good understanding of credit control practices

* Good IT Skills

* Excellent communicator

* Able to build relationships

* Able to work in a busy fast paced environment
