We are looking for Helpdesk /Call Centre Operative to join our Building Services team on-site on a huge defence contract near Watford (HA6 3HP), where Skanska have a long-term Facilities Management contract. This permanent role will see you join the Helpdesk and Accommodation team, who provide a 24 hours service taking calls to report problems on site and log a job on the FM system or to transfer the call to the number/person asked for.
Please note this role will see you work a mix of 12 hr days & 12 hr nights, on a rota shift pattern - so please only apply if you are able and happy to work these type of shift pattern..
You’ll:
* Answer phone calls within an agreed time limit
* Answer email enquiries within an agreed time limit
* Make sure customers are phoned/emailed if a call back has been requested on an HD
* Work to a shift pattern which incls 12 hr days and 12 hr nights
* Provide Site Asset Sweep during silent hours
We’re looking for:
* Excellent customer facing skills
* Happy to work day and night shifts on a rota - this will include occasional weekends
* Data entry computer literate
* Fluent in spoken English and written skills
* Ability to pass high security clearance. In order to pass, both UK and non-UK subjects must have lived in the UK in the last 5 years
