About the Role

R9 is seeking a qualified Electricians to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You will carry out electrical maintenance and repair works across our housing stock, working from a PDA device and supporting residents with high quality service.

Key Responsibilities

" Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across council properties
" Work independently using a PDA device to manage and complete tasks
" Provide excellent customer service to residents
" Ensure all work meets current safety and compliance standards
" Participate in an out of hours weekend rota when required

Required Qualifications

" 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
" NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
" Full UK driving licence
