Industrial Electrician 

Location: East Anglia (Field Based)

Type: Contract 

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a growing engineering team working across industrial and automated environments. You’ll be hands-on with drives, motors, and control systems, supporting installation, commissioning, and fault-finding activities on site.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation and fault-finding on 3-phase motors, VSD/VFDs, and control panels

Reading and working from electrical schematics and drawings

Installing tray work and containment to a high standard

Making off and installing armoured (SWA) cable

Supporting site teams and liaising directly with clients

Working safely and in line with industry standards

Essential Requirements

ECS Gold Card (essential)

Full UK driving licence

Proven experience fault-finding on 3-phase motors and control systems

Experience working with variable speed / frequency drives

Confident reading electrical drawings and schematics

Strong communication and client-facing skills

High-quality tray work and containment experience

Ability to make off and terminate armoured cable

Nice to Have

Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or intralogistics environments

Exposure to PLC-controlled systems

Site commissioning experience
