Job description - the role

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Security Solution Architect (Insider Risk Management) for a 6 months contract based in London -hybrid (3 days in a week).

Purpose of the role:

Deutsche Bank is looking for a Senior Solution Architect (IRM) to lead the design and implementation of solution across the Insider Risk Management (IRM) and Ops tools. This is a strategic role focussed on shaping the strategy, ensuring thread-safe, scalable, and centralised model implementations that support our wider technological goals.Key responsibilities

Understands the organisation's specific security requirements and risk landscape to determine the appropriate IRM solution and its configuration.
Implement IRM end-end design and access controls to monitor user activity , and create policies to manage security and compliance.
Responsible for providing technical leadership during design and implementation, focussing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Architect, develop and implement incident response plans to address identified risks
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Create Architecture Artifacts describing HLD and LLD setup and maintain existing ones.
Drive the Architecture, design aspects and represent the team for Solution Design Architecture reviews in various forums and receive approvals at various levelsSkills and Qualifications

Experience in Insider Risk Management. (essential)
Understanding of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, etc.)
Experience working within the financial servicesDeutsche Bank's Values
