One of the UK’s largest and most reputable homecare and Live-in Care companies is currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to drive the growth of one of their new offices in the Salisbury area.

You will receive a high level of support from the Head office in developing this new service throughout the area – focusing on high quality homecare to private clients. This company can offer fantastic scope for progression as they are one of the fastest growing providers of premium homecare in the UK!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of a new homecare service in the Salisbury area
Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Drive the growth and development of the service, focusing on the private market
Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting
Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
