TIG Welder Evening Shift
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Mon to Thurs, 14:15–00:30 (4-day week)

Key Duties:

* TIG welding (thin gauge mild, stainless, and aluminium steels)

* Some MIG welding and basic fabrication

* Read and follow engineering drawings

* Perform own quality checks and raise concerns as needed

* Maintain a clean, organised welding bay

* Communicate job status clearly with the team leader

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ TIG/MIG welding experience

* Skilled with thin gauge metals (0.9mm–10mm)

* Ability to read engineering drawings

* Excellent attention to detail and strong team ethic

Salary: Mid-teens per hour DOE + overtime + profit share
