As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…
* Developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Proactively contacting customers over the phone and by email
* Continuously monitoring customer process, proactively addressing issues
* Supporting with quotations and preparing documentation
* Maintaining and updating customer data accurately within the CRM
* Networking and attending relevant events
We're looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience…
* Ideally 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager
* Some IT based knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships
* Good spelling/grammar and confident using CRM systems
* Proactive, solution orientated mindset and able to identify areas for growth
* A full UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of up to £35,000, plus the following benefits…
