They’re seeking a Safety Equipment Technician to join their skilled team, working on vital aircraft safety equipment such as emergency slides and life rafts. Key Responsibilities:
* Disassemble, test, and repair aircraft safety equipment (slides, rafts, sub-components)
* Reassemble to exact specifications using CMMs/OHMs and OEM packing instructions
* Follow detailed compliance procedures and documentation
* Ensure top-tier workmanship while meeting safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
* GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
* Previous engineering/workshop experience is desirable
* Familiarity with compliance manuals and MRO procedures
* Prior experience with aircraft safety equipment packing/repair is very advantageous
* Positive attitude, reliable team player with great attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
