Talent Partner/Resourcer – IT Recruitment

Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Partner with a focus on IT candidate resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract top-tier IT and tech candidates using job boards, internal tools, and proactive outreach
* Manage high volumes of candidate applications and screen for suitability
* Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video
* Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
* Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition
What We're Looking For
* At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
* Strong exposure to high-volume candidate sourcing and screening
* Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as job boards, CV databases, and screening tools
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication style
* A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and learn
