Teacher of Humanities (History/Geography/RE) – Key Stages 3–4

An outstanding secondary school in Banbury is looking to appoint a passionate Humanities Teacher to teach either History, Geography or RE from September 2025. Whether you specialise in one subject or bring experience across multiple disciplines, this is a chance to inspire young minds in a values-driven setting.

The Role

You’ll deliver lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 opportunities in future), engaging students in rich discussions and critical thinking across global, historical, and ethical themes. The Humanities team is inclusive, collaborative and dedicated to bringing topics to life.

What We're Looking For

QTS and a specialism in History, Geography or Religious Education

A love of subject, and the ability to make it relevant and exciting

Excellent communication and organisational skills
