Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for Cleaning Supervisor in Rugby
Purpose and scope of role, Support and take charge of the site-based teams and subcontractors working with the Soft Service Manager for the smooth day-to-day management of all services provided. Acting as Soft Services Manager in their absence.
Providing direction, guidance, training and support to all employees on site. Ensuring a continuous review of all processes.
Location : Rugby CV21
Working hours : Either 6-2 or 08:30 till 16:30 depending on the requirements
Pay rate based on experience: £15/£16 Per hour
This is a cover till 16th July, however could be exptended
Main duties and Responsibilities
To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
To support the develop the basket of services to the client.
Assist in the recruitment of the highest possible calibre of staff to fill vacancies to ensure a full complement of staff.
Encourage safe working practices at all times & ensure that all staff have a good understanding of all duties undertaken.
Ensure that all staff have the relevant PPE & that it is worn & used correctly, including regular auditing.
Support and ensure that all staff work the correct number of hours & adhere to the signing in & out procedure.
Assist in maintaining labour and material levels within agreed budget levels. Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Carry out regular audits on standards, document failures, put in place procedures & processes to stop re-occurrence.
Following of instructions from your Soft Service Manager/Key Account Manager to provide flexibility required to maintain and meet the service requirements in an ever changing/evolving environment.
Support the development of the skill base of the site team to ensure the full potential of all direct reports, including individual development plans using the company's training department & external training consultants.Carry out any other reasonable duties in consultation with the Soft Service Manager/Key Account Manager which may be required to meet the changing needs of the business.
