Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement within the parts and back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and issue quotations using SAP and internal systems
* Process customer orders and verify purchase orders
* Research equipment and pump records to identify correct parts
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure best delivery outcomes
* Follow up quotations and support order completion through to payment and warranty
* Maintain accurate records and assist with pricing, documentation and procedures
* Support process improvement initiatives across the parts business
Skills & Experience
* GCSE level education (or equivalent)
* Computer literate (Word, Excel); SAP experience desirable
* Engineering knowledge advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
Personal Qualities
* Confident communicator with good telephone skills
* Persistent, customer-focused and enthusiastic
* Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment
