The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and placing healthcare professionals in rewarding roles across our client base. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding

Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures

Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruitment or sales experience (healthcare sector a plus, but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Target-driven with a proactive attitude

A genuine passion for people and providing quality service

Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
