Contract Duration: 2+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £32.12 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Develop and implement team goals and objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Manage risk and ensure safety standards are met.

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS Disclosure (valid for 12 months).

Registration with HCPC and Social Work England.

3 years of post-qualification experience in direct employment with an English Local Authority.

Effective communication and management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in risk management.

Additional qualifications or certifications in social and healthcare.
