About the Role:

We are recruiting experienced School Administrators to work across several secondary schools in the Bradford area. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the front office, handling day-to-day administration, and helping the school communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Key responsibilities:

* Acting as the first point of contact at the school reception

* Managing emails, phone calls, and in-person enquiries professionally

* Sending out parent/carer communications using internal systems

* Supporting attendance and finance departments as needed

* Providing cover for reception during lunch breaks

* Maintaining accurate records using school MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor)

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

* Previous admin experience (ideally in a school setting)

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Familiarity with school MIS systems (SIMS or Arbor)

* Excellent attention to detail and time management

* Ability to use initiative and work independently

* A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
