Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee a skilled team of technicians, lead growth of the service unit and ensure contracts are ran efficiently and smoothly, the branch has a long standing and stable team with a lot of growth opportunity to grow the team and resources available to assisting in gaining more contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring timely and effective completion of service contracts.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

*

Grow the service division to achieve personal and business goals, with resources available to help achieve plans.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Service Manager, General Manager or Contracts Manager, ideally within the refrigeration, HVACR or Process Engineering sector.

*

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

*

Ability to effectively deliver on customer expectations.

*

Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
