Teach Now is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking secondary academy in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, in their search for an Early Career Teacher of Mathematics. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a school that genuinely believes learning should be without limits.

ECTs are highly valued and supported, working alongside experienced and inspiring practitioners within a collaborative Maths faculty. With structured mentoring, high-quality CPD and a comprehensive ECT induction programme, you’ll be given the guidance and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Using a range of teaching strategies to challenge and support all learners
• Differentiating effectively to meet diverse learning needs
• Assessing progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Creating a positive, well-managed and inclusive learning environment

Salary: £37,868 – £56,154 (in line with teacher pay scales)
