We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our fast-paced facility in Aspatria. You'll be an essential part of our production line, operating machinery and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Handle food products with care and precision
Maintain accurate data logs and records
Follow health & safety and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production targetsWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4on/4off schedule
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
