Contract Duration: 3+ Months 37 hours per week

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00

Pay Rate: £ 46.07 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive property surveys to assess value, condition, and potential improvements.

Develop strategic plans for property management and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify property needs and solutions.

Analyze market trends and provide insights for property investment decisions.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in property management.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for council meetings and decision-making processes.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience working within a council or public sector environment.

Knowledge of sustainable property management practices.

Certification in property surveying or related qualifications.
